All merchandises leaves the warehouse/store in perfect condition. It then becomes the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY to claim for damages with Fedex/UPS or the delivering carrier. We are not responsible for chocolate melting and other problems.
Once Your Chocolate Order Ships, It Cannot Be Cancelled
No return of chocolate, candy and food is accepted, under any circumstances.
